Professional oven cleaning across London

For the oven you actually cook with.

Sunday roasts and midweek dinners leave deposits that a quick wipe rarely reaches. Once grease has baked onto glass and shelves, our domestic oven cleaning service gives those neglected surfaces proper attention.

Savvy Oven Cleaning works across London and nearby areas. Tell us your appliance, postcode and how long it has been since the last deep clean. We can discuss access and appointments before you commit.

Oven cleaning services

Start with your oven. Ask about hobs and extractors separately so the quote includes the additional work you want.

Everyday ovens

Single and double ovens, built-in or freestanding: the focus is the cavity, glass and suitable removable components. For an urgent booking, ask about same-day oven cleaning; appointments depend on availability.

AGA & cooker care

Different compartments, finishes and fittings need a model-specific approach. Our AGA cleaning service covers this specialist appliance type. Describe your cooker before booking so the scope can be confirmed.

Other cooking spaces

Outdoor grills and busy catering kitchens need a different brief. Explore barbecue cleaning or discuss commercial kitchen cleaning rather than treating either as a domestic oven add-on.

Single, double, range or AGA

Different ovens. Different details.

A single oven has one cavity; a double has two. A range cooker can include several ovens, a grill and a hob. Have the model or a photograph ready when you call.

We consider each cavity and door separately. Mention removable liners, telescopic runners or self-cleaning features before the visit.

The number of doors, compartments and hotplates affects the work. Ask which parts are covered and whether the appliance needs any preparation.

Scope, without the small print

What’s included in the oven clean?

The oven clean covers the interior, racks, trays and door glass. Suitable removable parts are cleaned separately. Check unusual fittings, loose accessories and delicate coatings when you book.

Door surfaces and accessible glass

Refitting the parts taken out for cleaning

Cleaning cannot repair damaged enamel, corrosion or worn seals. Access behind sealed or electrical assemblies is not assumed. If a component cannot be safely removed, the approach needs to be agreed rather than forced.

A considered service

Why choose our oven cleaners?

We start with your appliance

The make, model and condition matter more than a generic package. Discuss the parts that concern you before agreeing the visit.

We make the scope clear

Interiors, removable parts and optional extras are explained separately. Ask us directly about the work and quote.

Between deeper cleans

How often does your oven need cleaning?

An oven used for roasting most evenings accumulates deposits differently from one used occasionally. Check the glass, shelves and base regularly; visible build-up is a better prompt than an arbitrary date.

Follow your manual when wiping cooled surfaces. If deposits become difficult to remove, discuss a professional clean rather than repeatedly scrubbing a sensitive finish.

Small habits that help

Deal with spills thoughtfully

Wait until surfaces are cool. Use a method and product approved for the finish, and do not let liquid run into controls or openings.

Check liners and self-cleaning instructions

Catalytic liners, pyrolytic ovens and door gaskets have different care requirements. Follow the manual before using a cleaner or removing an accessory.

Protect trays and coatings

Use suitable cookware to catch drips. Check before soaking or scrubbing non-stick trays, and avoid covering the oven floor unless the manufacturer permits it.

Before you arrange a visit

Your questions, answered.

How long should I allow?

Allow around one to two hours for a standard oven. Larger appliances or heavier deposits can take longer; discuss your model when arranging the appointment.

Can you clean between the door glass?

Only where the design and condition allow appropriate access. Mention trapped marks when booking. Some sealed or damaged assemblies cannot be dismantled for cleaning.

Can I book a same-day visit?

Same-day oven cleaning is offered subject to availability. Call with your postcode and appliance details; do not assume a slot is reserved until it has been confirmed.

Do hobs and extractors come with the oven clean?

They are additional services. Ask for them in the quote and confirm exactly which appliance surfaces and removable parts are covered.

Will every stain disappear?

Some marks can remain. Suitable grease and food deposits can be removed, but cleaning cannot reverse scratches, corrosion, heat damage or a worn coating. Show any area that concerns you when enquiring so the expected result reflects its condition.

Can I use the oven afterwards?

Ask the technician for the instructions that apply to your appliance and the method used. Any reassembly checks and recommended waiting time should be completed first.
